DUCHESS PROJECT - WEST VANCOUVER

This West Vancouver residence was designed to create a sense of warmth, sophistication, and effortless modern living. The design approach focused on a neutral palette, refined material selections, and carefully integrated architectural details that bring depth and character to the home while maintaining a calm and timeless aesthetic.

The living area features a custom fireplace wall that serves as a focal point, combining textured stucco finishes with sleek millwork and illuminated display shelves. The warm integrated lighting adds dimension and creates an inviting atmosphere both day and night, while the clean architectural lines contribute to a contemporary yet welcoming environment.

In the dining space, soft textures, subtle patterns, and elegant styling were layered to create a setting that feels intimate and refined. The muted tones and carefully selected furnishings enhance natural light and establish a cohesive connection with the overall design language of the home.
